Hiba studied Bachelor’s of Law from Sultan Qaboos University is actively involved with litigation and pleading before various courts of the Sultanate.

She has completed several courses in Political Relations, International Protocols, Diplomatic Skills, Leadership and Management (John Maxwell Forum) and Criminal investigations from Royal Oman Police.

She has participated in the sessions of the United Nations Model Program for Youth - as a member of the Human Rights Council in the Trade Union Workshop and with the National Youth Committee to represent the Sultanate.

She has appeared on radio and television programs with issues involving legal aid, specially related to women’s rights.

She has received an honor for being good at student activities in the university and also has won Bait Al Zubair competition in 2018.

She has participated in various debates and is active in legal journalistic writings. Hiba is fluent in Arabic and English languages.
